Continued support for our clients’ and their homes is a critical component to maintaining solid long-standing relationships, as well as extending the life of the home and the quality of enjoyment derived from it.  The project does not end with the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or concurrent with move-in or substantial completion.  By utilizing the same tightknit group of vendors and subcontractors, D.A.S. maintains influence over the allotment of resources.  Our customers become priorities of all those involved in the construction of their home.  D.A.S. customers can expect priority service and follow-up.  D.A.S. also offers a basic home maintenance program that helps identify small issues before they become larger problems.

OUR PROMISE

With offices in Greenwich, Connecticut and Bedford, New York, the foundation for D.A.S. was laid in Pound Ridge, New York in 1991.  Our management team brings more than 65 years of combined experience in home building and construction. Having grown up locally, Westchester and Fairfield Counties have always been part of our lives. We are proud to be building homes and relationships in our collective backyards.

We don’t look at projects as too big or too small, we look at them as opportunities to showcase our skills and build relationships.  Every job starts with enlisting the requisite professionals from our team of architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors and vendors. By working closely with the client and design professionals, D.A.S. ensures that everything is done to the architect’s specifications, the clients expectations, and within budget. Throughout the construction process, D.A.S. works side by side with our client’s to help realize their visions and dreams.
